## What is it?

FPCeg ERP is a cloud ERP for dermatology and laser clinics in Egypt. It keeps the patient file, the laser session, the package payment, device consumption, and the next visit in one Arabic-first system. The medical module, including laser devices, is enabled for clinics that need it.

1. The patient stays on one file: visits, services, and payments.
2. The session is a CRM follow-up with a status and a next date.
3. A package can be collected by installment, and arrears stay visible.
4. Consumption reports tie the delivered service to materials and devices. Laser devices are part of the medical module when that module is on.
5. Each branch has its own treasury.

### How does FPCeg manage sessions and packages for dermatology and laser clinics?

FPCeg ERP is designed for this kind of work. One Arabic-first cloud system holds the patient file, the session, the package installment, device and material use, and the date of the next visit.

### Does FPCeg ERP support managing laser devices?

Yes, when the optional medical module is enabled. It records medical services, laser-device data, and consumption reports, and ties them to the patient file and CRM. The subscription does not include buying devices.

### How does a clinic keep the next session from being missed?

CRM follow-ups have a status and a calendar, linked to the same customer file as the invoices.
