### ERP — daily operations

- **POS & sales:** cash, credit, instalments, cheque, and card from one screen; returns and bonus types; barcode and partial units; batch/expiry; thermal 80mm or A4; PDF; WhatsApp a saved invoice; invoice linked to the customer file; anomaly checks (discounts, voids, below-cost); sales analytics and branch compare.
- **Quotations:** lines and prices; statuses including accepted; convert an approved quote to a real invoice.
- **Pricing, loyalty, gift cards:** price lists and discounts by customer or tag; earn/redeem points at POS; spend tiers; in-ERP gift cards and promo codes with expiry (not the WooCommerce Gift Card Redemption plugin).

### CRM — customer relationship management

CRM is included in FPCeg ERP. Use it when follow-up currently lives in WhatsApp groups or a reception notebook. Fast cash sales stay on POS. The financial customer file stays on Customers. CRM adds the visit, the next date, and the 360 view.

- Follow-up types, categories, statuses, and per-business settings before the first visit
- Add visit / follow-up linked to the customer file and sales history
- Follow-up calendar and reminders so a call or session is not dropped
- Customer 360° from one picker (phone, name, or id): visits, invoices, payments, notes

### HRMS — human resources and payroll

HRMS is included in FPCeg ERP. Lifecycle: master data → hire → shifts/attendance → leave and loans → payroll → employee self-service → talent → exit.
