FPCeg publishes three price lists in Egyptian pounds. Ecommerce Care is 5,000, 10,000, or 20,000 EGP per month, counted in tickets to closure. FPCeg ERP activation is 150,000 EGP once, or 3 × 60,000 EGP, or 12 × 20,000 EGP, and includes CRM and HRMS. WhatsApp packages are 3,000, 5,000, 10,000, or 25,000 EGP per month by number capacity.

## Ecommerce Care

Monthly WooCommerce technical-support retainers. A ticket is one issue thread until it is closed, not an hour band.
