Both. Ecommerce Care is a monthly retainer measured in tickets to closure, not hour bands. ERP modules are listed on the ERP Features page. We also build and support production software when that is the right fit.

FPCeg ERP is one cloud subscription that includes CRM and HRMS. ERP covers POS, stock, collections, installments, treasury, and the general ledger. CRM covers visits, a follow-up calendar, customer 360, targets, and optional WhatsApp on the visit. HRMS covers attendance, leave, payroll, and an employee portal. Full list: ERP Features.
